Every one of our treatments and pesticides/insecticides are HSE approved and comply with all current legislation. Our technicians are trained in line with recommended best practice and will always carry out a thorough risk assessment before starting any treatment procedure. We also work with the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticides Use (CRRU) to reduce any environmental impact of our treatments and any potential risk to non-target species. We are more than happy to provide copies of manufacturers safety data sheets or our own COSHH assessments if required.

Our Complaints Process:
We are committed to providing the highest standard of service that we can to our clients and customers, but in the unlikely event of something going wrong or if you are unhappy with our service, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
To raise a complaint, please email or write to our head office and detail any issues or concerns that you have. Please include a contact number so that one of our Service Managers can contact you within 1 working day to discuss your concerns and hopefully offer an immediate resolution.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction immediately, we will conduct further investigations, including speaking to the technician who attended your job if necessary. The same Service Manager who contacted you initially will take ownership of your complaint and will contact you again within 3 working days to try and resolve the issue fully.
Should you remain unsatisfied at this point, the matter will be referred to either our Managing Director or another senior figure within our company to review the details. They will contact you within a further 7 working days to try and fully resolve the matter with you directly.
Any correspondence relating to a complaint will be saved in our complaints file and is periodically reviewed to ensure that we are constantly improving the service we provide.
